Email- MACK@duo-county.com
Cedar Creek Cattle Company or the 4C offers Ranch Sorting shows and practices.  It is also a place for a person to expose themselves and their horse to cattle and trail riding in the country. The 4C is just within the city limits of Burkesville, which is in Cumberland County, Kentucky 42717.  We are in Southern Central Kentucky on HWY 90 between Glasgow, KY and Somerset, KY. The farm is about 1 1/2 hrs. from I-75, about 1 1/2 hrs. from I-65 and about 1 hour from I-40.

120' Round Pen                                Cabin                                Two 60' Sorting Pens
You can Ranch Sort, Cut, Box, hold a cow.  You can lay in a hammock under a shade tree.  You can challenge your horse to climb up and down the hills and to cross creeks.  You can participate in ranch activities, such as checking cattle, fence lines, mineral and waterers. Your horse will become comfortable with opening and closing gates, mounting and dismounting, tying, catching, loading. You will have a place to get away from the routine and gain a deeper appreciation for moments...moments that will be a good part of life to hold onto.
The 4C offers a person the opportunity to relax with their horse and to learn new things together with no pressure.  Cedar Creek is a unique place nestled in the hills of Kentucky.  The land has creeks, ridges and bottomland to ride.    A person can practice moving cattle from one holding pen to another either afoot or horseback.  A rider can practice cutting a calf in the 120' round pen or any of the cattle working disciplines for the show arena.  This is a good place to introduce a horse to cattle and to improve the partnership between horse and rider.
